Giant Teak Tree (Ton Sak Yai)

At Uttaradit Province,Ton Sak Yai (Giant Teak Tree) Forest Park is located in Ban Pang Kleua, Moo 4, Num Srai District, Num Pard Ampur

The Giant Teak Tree is the world’s largest teak living today. At 1.30 metre above ground, the tree has perimeter of 9.85 metres (measured on 13 October 1982) and height of 47 metres. It has estimated longevity at least 1,500 years old. Surrounding the Giant Teak tree, there are medium sized teaks, teak seedlings in the teak-dominated Mixed Deciduous forest
